therapeutic treatment using essential oils with the aim of restoring balance
to the whole person; mind, body and spirit. Essential oils, aromatic organic
substances, extracted from plants, can energise the body systems and
encourage our own natural healing capacity. Certain essential oils are known
for their uplifting and mood enhancing qualities. Essential oils can be used
in massage, compresses, inhalations and baths. Massage has a long history as
a means of healing and maintaining the health of the mind and body. It has a
profound effect on all the systems of the human body. Massage stimulates
blood and lymph circulation, releasing toxins and strengthening the body's
immune systems. It aids digestion and releases muscular tension. Massage
treatments restore balance in the body and produce a feeling of well-being. |

suit your individual needs. The following are included as suggestions.
- Relax and restore - 45 minutes. A soothing
aromatherapy massage of the back, shoulders, head & neck
- Holistic Harmony - 60 minutes. A
harmonising whole body massage to soothe the mind, body & spirit
- Japanese Rejuvenating Facial Massage -
60 minutes. Natural facial lift to regenerate skin cell, tone neck and facial
muscles. Cleanse tone and moisturise, with a relaxing foot or hand massage.

Appointments
At your first appointment you will be asked about your lifestyle, medical
history, personal background and current state of health. Based on this
consultation, a personalised blend of essential oils is created for your massage
treatment. During treatment, clients lie on a massage couch in a warm room.
Towels cover those parts of the body not being massaged with oil. Treatment may
also take place outside normal office hours and on weekends by prior notice.
Cancellation policy: In order for me to help all my clients,
please allow 48 hours if you need to cancel or change an appointment.
